Reconditioning (VPC)
Every truck's path through the Vehicle Production Center in West Jordan, from arrival to front-line ready, with the sublet work and its cost attached to the unit.
Internal operations platform
It follows every truck from purchase through reconditioning at the Vehicle Production Center in West Jordan, transport between stores, sale, title and trade payoff. It runs the stores’ service and parts departments, reports marketing performance by lead source, and gives each team its queue, deadlines and costs in one place. It reads dealership data from Tekion and vAuto and never writes to them. Staff sign in with their Truck Ranch Google Workspace accounts; outside vendors use a separate Vendor Portal. Not sold or offered to other dealers.
Every truck's path through the Vehicle Production Center in West Jordan, from arrival to front-line ready, with the sublet work and its cost attached to the unit.
Transport between the five stores and the VPC: who is carrying the truck, when it was picked up, when it arrived, and the signed proof of delivery.
Each store's board of trucks that are ready to sell, how long each has been on the lot, and what is holding a unit back.
Deals read from Tekion, title status for each unit, and trade payoffs tracked until they clear.
Repair orders, parts and sublet vendors for the stores' service departments, with the same queue and deadlines as the rest of the platform.
Leads by source from Tekion, advertising spend by channel, and what each lead and each sale cost by store.
The integration is read-only. When something in Tekion needs to change, the platform puts it in an action queue and a staff member makes the change in Tekion by hand.
Staff see a first name, last initial, city and state. The full record is restricted to senior roles, and every view of it is written to the audit log.
What changed, who changed it and when — for every edit made in the platform.
